This beautifully remodeled home is situated on a gorgeous wooded ravine property but also close to the best of everything that Lake Michigan shoreline has to offer. In summer you are within a few minutes drive to St Joseph's Silver Beach and downtown with restaurants and great shopping. Nearby are several other dunes beaches and Grand Mere nature trails.
This location is also in the heart of SW Michigan wine country. Savor excellent wine tasting at the many nearby wineries and gorgeous vineyards within a few minutes drive. Make your best memories in the picturesque countryside near Lake Michigan. There are restaurants and downtown area within 5 minutes. And a beautiful walk through the neighborhood to a new walking trail that takes you past tennis courts, playgrounds and a wonderful library.
Crestwood House offers plenty of vibe with it's Rustic Glam decor. There are three beautiful bedrooms including a newly furnished master suite and large living room with a cozy 2-sided fireplace all overlooking the wrap-around deck which literally overhangs the picturesque wooded ravine complete with a small creek and pond. Many of our guests are enjoying the resident deer family sightings in the ravine and even in the front and side yard!
The open dining room/kitchen space provides seating for 10 and every amenity for guests to prepare lovely meals on days when they feel like just staying in and enjoying the ambiance! And an executive office with awesome work space and wi-fi.
This location offers many ALL SEASON activities for all ages. During the off-season Winter and early Spring months of January through May we are offering SPECIAL MONTHLY RATES at below the daily Summer Seasonal Rates. During these months you can escape the complications of city life, work remotely or simply enjoy the winter beauty of a rustic wooded location! You will be close to dunes sledding, nature and walking trails and many options for just staying in by the cozy warm two-sided fireplace.
In spring, hiking the beautiful trails and watching for the first signs of spring and maybe taking your first kayaking trek on the Paw Paw River nearby will be your first taste of the gorgeous Michigan summer to come.
In autumn, the beautiful vineyards provide opportunities for dining and wine tasting within literally minutes of driving, past miles of gorgeous vineyards. There are several beautiful brand new wine tasting venues, as well as many micro breweries, some with live entertainment, that are hugely popular with locals as well as Chicago visitors.
You will find a wonderful Martin's Grocery Store and Meijers within 5 minutes convenience for anything else you might require.
